1. ACCESS DATA AND HOSTING
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. 1.1 HOSTING
Hosting services provided by a third-party provider. As part of processing on our behalf, a third-party provider performs the services for hosting and displaying the website. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which override others in the context of a balancing of interests, in the correct presentation of our offerings. All data collected as part of the use of this website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online shop as described below is processed on its servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the framework explained here. This service provider is located within Germany, and thus within the European Economic Area.
1.2 CONTENT DELIVERY NETWORK
For the purpose of shorter loading times, we use a so-called Content Delivery Network ("CDN") for some of our offerings. With this service, content, such as large media files, is delivered via regionally distributed servers of external CDN service providers. Therefore, access data is processed on the servers of these service providers. Our service providers act on our behalf within the framework of data processing agreements. Some of our service providers are based in the USA. For the USA, an adequacy decision by the European Commission (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Art. 45 GDPR) has been in effect since July 10, 2023. Insofar as the respective US service provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the transfer takes place on the basis of this adequacy decision. For non-certified service providers, we base the transfer on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) point (c) GDPR) along with supplementary protective measures.
2. DATA PROCESSING FOR CONTRACT FULFILLMENT, CONTACT, AND OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order, when contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), or when opening a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such, as in these cases we strictly require the data for contract fulfillment or to process your contact or account opening, and you cannot complete the order and/or account opening or send the contact request without providing them. The data collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data provided by you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 point (b) of the GDPR for contract fulfillment and processing of your inquiries. After complete fulfillment of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiry of tax and commercial retention periods, provided you have not expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further data use that is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this declaration. 4. E-MAIL NEWSLETTER AND POSTAL ADVERTISING
E-MAIL ADVERTISING WITH NEWSLETTER REGISTRATION
E-mail advertising with newsletter registration and your right to object. On our website, we offer you the opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter. To avoid errors when entering data or data abuse, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. Here, we send an email with a link to confirm your registration. MICROSOFT ADVERTISING
For advertising purposes in Bing, Yahoo, and MSN search results as well as on third-party websites, the so-called Microsoft Advertising remarketing cookie is set when visiting our website, which enables interest-based advertising by automatically collecting and processing data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, as well as information on your use of our website) and by means of a pseudonymous CookieID and on the basis of the pages you have visited.

Within the scope of Facebook Analytics, statistics on visitor activities on our website are created from the data collected with the Facebook Pixel about your use of our website. Data processing is carried out on the basis of a commissioned processing agreement with Facebook. Your analysis serves the optimal presentation and marketing of our website.

USE OF VIMEO VIDEO PLUGIN FOR INTEGRATING THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
For the integration of third-party content, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information) is collected via the video plugin of Vimeo LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York 10011, USA ("Vimeo"), transmitted to Vimeo, and subsequently processed by Vimeo. The data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement between joint controllers in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. Google Analytics is automatically integrated into the Vimeo video plugin.
