When will my package arrive?
Within Germany, DHL delivers in 3–5 business days. To Austria and Switzerland, it takes 4–6 business days. Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
My tracking status hasn't changed in hours — is that normal?
Yes. After handover to DHL, it can take 24–48 hours for the first scan event to appear.
I have not received my tracking number.
We will send you the tracking number by email as soon as your package has been shipped. Please check your spam folder. If you can't find it there either, write to us at hey@etalon-vert.com.
My package was marked as "delivered," but I haven't received it
Please check the following first: your mailbox, neighbors, a parcel station, and your nearest DHL branch. DHL often leaves shipments there without separate notification. If the package is still not found after 24 hours, please contact us.
My package arrived damaged.
Please take photos of the package and its contents immediately and send them to hey@etalon-vert.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
