As a general rule, a discount code for our online shop remains valid until you have redeemed it. In addition, there are always codes and coupons that are only valid during a specific event or for a limited period of time. However, we will always inform you of this period so that you can go bargain hunting in time and save money.

You can easily enter an Elalon Vert voucher code or discount code when paying for your order – the discount will then be deducted immediately.

Don't worry, your discount is safe! Please check the following steps:

• Confirmation email (double opt-in): Have you already confirmed your registration in the first email? The code will only be sent after that.
• Spam folder: Sometimes our emails end up among advertisements or in spam. Please check there briefly.
• Waiting time: It can take up to 10 minutes for the technology to process everything.
• Still nothing? Send us a quick message at hey@etalon-vert and we will help you personally.

No, registration and membership in our Inner Circle are absolutely free and without obligation.

Of course. We want you to enjoy reading our emails. If you do decide against the newsletter, you'll find an unsubscribe link at the end of every email. With just one click, you'll be removed from the mailing list – completely hassle-free.

The €10 welcome voucher is a thank you for your trust and is generally applicable to the entire regular product range. However, it usually cannot be combined with other discount codes or items already reduced in the sale.
