Oversized unisex fit with dropped shoulders. The hoodie is intentionally cut loose. How loosely it sits on you depends on your body measurements and your desired look.

Compare the chest width and length with a hoodie whose fit you like. Lay it flat and measure without stretching. For a more compact look, go by smaller measurements; for more room, go by larger ones. Check the sleeve length as well: a smaller size is not only narrower but also shorter.
