Our returns process:

1. Go to https://etalon-vert.com/retour e , enter your order number there. and email address to access your order that will be returned.
2. Indicate the number and the reason for the return.
3. Once you have selected all the items and come to the return label, you can either print it out or use the QR code to have it printed at your nearest parcel collection point.

4. Make sure to include the delivery note or invoice in the package so that we can assign the items to your order as quickly as possible. If you have purchased a set, please ensure that all items are included in the return shipment.
5. Please send your return back to us within 14 days. Unfortunately, after 14 days we can no longer accept your return.
6. Please note that the entire returns process can take up to 18 working days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us,

inform you about your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, email or via the returns portal). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION:

If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of the return.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

There is no right of withdrawal for purchase contracts for goods that are not prefabricated and are created individually to the customer's order and specifications.

Please make sure that the items to be returned are, if possible, in their original condition, not worn, have the original labels and that all parts of the original packaging are included with your return.

Please note that we cannot cover the costs of returning returned items.

EXCHANGE:

Did an item not fit perfectly or would you like it in a different color?
If you would like an item you ordered in a different color or size, you can see in our online shop whether your desired item is still available. Simply send your original order back to us as a return and order your desired item in a new order. Please note that the same return deadlines apply to your exchange as to a return.
