Cancellation policy & returns
Below you will find the legally required information about your right of withdrawal and its consequences.

Our returns process:
- Go to https://etalon-vert.com/retoureEnter your order number and email address there to access your returned order.
- Specify the quantity and the reason for the return.
- Once you have selected all the items and get to the return label, you can either print it out or use the QR code to have it printed at your nearest parcel drop-off point.
Benefit from our DHL conditions by using our DHL parcel label.
Using our label, your return shipping costs will be €5. We will deduct this from your refund amount once we have processed your return.
Alternatively, you have the option of paying for the return postage yourself.

- Please make sure to include the delivery note or invoice in the package so we can process your return as quickly as possible. If you purchased a set, please ensure all items are included with the return.
- Please return your item to us within 14 days. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.
- Please note that the entire returns process can take up to 18 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, email or via the returns portal). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL:
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract.For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
There is no right of withdrawal for purchase contracts of goods that are not prefabricated and are individually produced according to the customer's order and specifications.

Please ensure that the items to be returned are in their original condition, unworn, and have their original tags attached, and that all parts of the original packaging are included with your return.
Please note that we cannot cover the costs of returning items.
EXCHANGE:
Did an item not fit perfectly, or would you like it in a different color?
If you would like an item you ordered in a different color or size, you can check our online shop to see if it's still available. Simply return your original order and place a new order for your desired item. Please note that the same return periods apply to exchanges as to returns.
